We rely on regional quality when it comes to choosing food. OIE products come mainly from our own farm, our own hunts, and from the local region. Herbs from our own herb garden give the dishes the perfect flavour. Junior cheff Thomas puts a great deal of passion into his cooking, and you can taste it.
