A voyage of culinary discovery

We rely on regional quality when it comes to choosing food. OIE products come mainly from our own farm, our own hunts, and from the local region. Herbs from our own herb garden give the dishes the perfect flavour. Junior cheff Thomas puts a great deal of passion into his cooking, and you can taste it.

Enjoy the delicacies as part of the half-board service or in our a-la-carte restaurant. We are happy to consider personal wishes for food such as vegan, gluten-free, low-calorie or other allergies.

By conviction, we prefer using local and regional products. The meat comes from our own farm and hunts, we prefer to buy other products in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner from local suppliers who we know.

Fresh Herbs

We grow a wide variety of herbs in our own herb garden which are then used in our kitchen. Vegetables and fruits are also taken from our own garden, and nature provides us with berries and mushrooms nearby.

Traditional Food

Our preference for local food means our menu includes traditional dishes from traditional recipes which were cooked by our grandparents.

Our closeness to nature is reflected in our hotel. We are aware of our responsibility to preserve and maintain our unique natural landscape. Sustainability therefore constitutes an important part of our philosophy. From our own farm and hunts and nature-conscious, healthy cuisine through to our wood chip heating and biodegradable detergents and cleaning agents.
